BSH releases BRAND NEW 2.0T TSI Race Intake System!!

March 17, 2010

BSH has released their newest product: the 2.0T TSI 1-Piece Race Intake!

After months of design and testing BSH is pleased to release its all new one piece TSI race intake. While simple in appearance considerable attention had to be given to both the size and exact location of the MAF sensor.

To ensure factory like drivability and the best possible performance considerable resources were invested into creating a computerized air flow model of the factory intake tubing in all of its different dimensions and shape changes and found the point in the plumbing where a single diameter pipe flowed the same as the factory air intake in the factory position at the MAF. This is what it takes to make the best part available for the platform. As soon as we had this data we were able to pick the right location right away and its been perfect since on our test vehicles since.

Key Features:

  • One Piece Design
  • Integrated CNC Machined MAF Flange
  • Filter Heat Shield
  • OEM Matching CNC Machined PCV Reroute

Picked up 9 WHP on the dyno on an otherwise completely stock 2010 GTI.
Gains are expected to be higher on a chipped car by 3-5 horsepower.

Vorsteiner Releases NEW BMW F01/F02 7 Series Aerodynamics!

March 13, 2010

Vorsteiner just released their newest line of aerodynamics for the BMW F01/F02 7 Series. These parts look stunning! Nothing over-the-top. The 7 series is a luxurious, down-to-business cruiser and Vorsteiner simply worked off that theme. The front lip, diffuser and trunk spoiler all blend in nicely with the 7’s lines but have enough of a visual impact for the true connoisseur to notice.

The VR-7 Add-On Front Spoiler lends its more aggressive lines to the front fascia of the elegant 7 Series giving the vehicle a more commanding front profile and sense of sportiness. Not only does the VR-7 Add-On Front Spoiler provide for a more prominent and confident tone in the overall front-end design but it also adds an increase in front-end downforce and stability.

The VR-7 Replacement Diffuser takes on a new motif, featuring subtle contours, edges, and indentations that complement the body lines of the new 750i yet contribute to its new sportive attitude. Its bold undertones perfectly embody Vorsteiner’s traditional of blending purpose, function, and distinctive style.

The rear is finished up with a subtle deck lid carbon fiber rear spoiler similar to what is found on the E46 M3. No big wing is necessary on this BMW.

The wheels featured on this beautiful 750i are a set of 21″ Vorsteiner V-102 Forged Monoblock Wheels.

The front and rear wheel dimensions are more assertive and measure in at 21″ x 9″ front and 21″ x 10.5″ rear. The wheels shown are fitted with Vorsteiner recommended Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires. Tire Specs come in at 255/30-21 for the front and 285/30-21 for the rear.
